Post production today offers good conditions for processing the so-called 3-perf step. Whether telecines or software of editing system: many different manufacturers are already able to process 3-perf film with no greater effort than normal film. FTCOrlando offers the Ultracam 35 in a 3-perf version. The camera is completely adapted to the shorter step so that the user retains the complete peformance range. Soon the modified movement and film gate will also be available in a conversion kit, so our other existing cameras can be converted to 3-perf by our Ultracam technicians.
